Man arrested after allegedly stealing building materials worth over N500K from his employer in Lagos, using the stolen funds to purchase manhood enlargement products and spiritual items.
A Lagos-based woman, identified as Chinny, took to social media to share details of the shocking incident, revealing how the suspect, a newly hired employee, was caught red-handed attempting to steal from the company’s store.
According to the report, the suspect had only been employed for a few weeks before he was caught in the act. He allegedly broke into the company's storage facility at night, intending to cart away expensive building materials.
However, his plan was foiled by the company’s security guard, who spotted his suspicious movements and apprehended him before he could make away with the goods.
During interrogation, the suspect reportedly confessed to stealing items worth over N500,000. When questioned about how he had spent the proceeds, he shockingly admitted to using the money to buy penis enlargement products, spiritual materials, and other personal effects.
The employer, Chinny, who was visibly outraged by the betrayal, shared a series of posts detailing the experience, including efforts made to recover the stolen goods.
She wrote:
“Woke up to messages about our security personnel catching an employee breaking into our store to steal building materials. He confessed to stealing items worth over 500k. This fool just started work last month. Spent the entire day trying to recover the stolen items.”
