Legal practitioner, Stan Alieke, has taken to his social media page to share insightful legal advice regarding the ongoing paternity dispute between Cubana Chiefpriest and his alleged baby mama, Hellen Ati. Alieke’s statement aims to address the controversy surrounding the DNA test demand and provide a clear course of action for both parties involved.
This advisory from Lawyer Stan Alieke comes in response to the recent public plea by Hellen Ati, the Kenyan woman who claims to have a child with the Nigerian businessman and celebrity barman, Cubana Chiefpriest. Hellen has been vocal about her struggles as a single mother, emphasizing the financial hardship she faces while raising her son without support from the alleged father.
On Mother’s Day, Hellen took to Instagram to voice her concerns, calling on the Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma, and his wife, Chioma Uzodinma, to intervene in her case. She urged them to use their influence to ensure that Cubana Chiefpriest undergoes a DNA test to determine the paternity of her child.
Reacting to the situation, Stan Alieke advised Hellen to step away from social media rants and instead seek legal counsel if she is confident about her claims. He stressed that the proper legal process would provide a definitive resolution to the dispute rather than public outcry on social media platforms.
The lawyer further explained that if the paternity test conducted through legal means confirms that Cubana Chiefpriest is indeed the father, he would be legally obligated to take responsibility for the child’s welfare, including financial support for both mother and child. Conversely, should the DNA test prove that Cubana Chiefpriest is not the biological father, the businessman would have the legal right to sue Hellen Ati for defamation, given the public allegations made against him.
